Boring winter days

Hey so it is cold! and im lazier than usual!
it is boring to get out of the house, because you got to think about all the extra layers you got to put on!
ok, i admit that some people look way better with some extra layers on, i dont want see more hair that i need to! But in the other hand we miss some good shaped bodies!
me, i just like to nag, even when is good weather i dont like to get out of the house anyway, because i like to be cosy! im a couch potato! so what? but i like to have the option of going out!
its like, i dont want to buy a super sports car, but i would like to know that i have the money to buy it if i want to...
the point is, im bored, im nagging, im wasting my time and now im wasting you time.

Rainbow Cats

so it is more than a month that i dont write, mostly because im scare!
why would i be scared?
because im scared of peoples feelings, i believe everybody "transmit" their energies and im scared of negative energies!
im scared of telling people if my life is going good, because im afraid they envy me for some reason, and send me some negative energy.
I know you think im crazy nuts, because i am crazy nuts and also maybe a bit egocentric...
anyways, i dont like telling stuff that im doing till i have it done, maybe it is also because i dont like to justify myself and also because im afraid it will jinx it.
i have many examples of that, like when you say to someone you are going to buy tickets to a concert and after there is no more tickets, or you tell someone you are going to travel and after you have everything ready to go, something happens and you have to cancel your trip!
whatever, so be good to your friends and just think about positive things when they tell you they are gonna do something!

catching up!

ow dear, now it has really been a long time since my last post, but I've been busy and you know lazy...
so what have happened?
first the wedding is done!!! yeah! im free of the wedding plans and all that... actually I still have to organize the photos, but i don't see this happening any time soon :-(
than at the wedding time my close family came and we spent 2 great weeks together, doing all the touristic stuff in Paris and so on.
after i had a cool good month of doing nothing
and at the end of august till half September i went to my parents house, I spent the time meeting my friends and family and also had a week off in Natal for the Honey moon!
which by the way reminds me that I also have those pictures to organize, so good lucky to me!
that's what happened since and im now back to my routine, i must say that i ate a lot during my vacations and what is cool about that is that i didnt get so fat, so im happy!
what is sad is that is getting colder and sky is grey, the kind of thing that makes me depressed...
ok, so its monday now, have a great week and hopefully i will write again before the end of this month!!!     

Boring life :-(

hello myself or the other crazy people who reads this blog.
it's almost 1 month that i haven't posted anything, but i have 2 good reasons for that, or better 3:

1. I ve been busy planning the wedding
2. i dont really have cool things to write, besides the wedding stuff and movies that i ve been watching or products that i ve been trying... and
3. Im lazy, im sorry! 

what have happened since last time is that i was so upset and also surprised to receive a letter from my school telling that my teacher, my French language teacher, has passed away :-( 

I felt so weird cause last time I saw her she was in such great health and joyful, not this kind of people who would be expecting a heart attack any second... she was the total opposite of the stereotype, she was tall and skinny, active with bright eyes, and full of plans. 

what have i learned from this?

Shit happens! Im sorry to put this way, but it is true, just enjoy your life cause you dont know what can happen.It is an old cliche, but unfortunately true!

and also dont trust appearances! Another old old old cliche, but how many times people has to throw this in our faces so we finally get it?

im stupid i still dont really get it! keep doing my boring routine things and think im doing my best, but im trying to use those tips and giving second thoughts when im doing things.

28 Apr= we've tried some aperitif for our wedd cocktail, still not totally happy and still searching...
29 Apr= got depressed at a real estate show, realized i have to work a lot to become an owner :-(
30 Apr= today it was cool, went shopping, got new pjs and wedding lingerie!!! uhuuuuu
01 May= nothing to do, so i watched a movie called "mon pire ennemi" or my worst enemy, it is french again, but i didnt really like it, i was actually playing on the iphone at the same time... sorry
02 May= the new month started yesterday, but it was a holiday so i havent done much and today i got to read my Horoscope for this month, i dont really read it all the time, but since im worry about my finances, some advises wont hurt me!

20 Apr = got my visa renewed!!! have to do it again next year!
21 Apr = got to order the wedding clothes for my hubby. The tailor was really nice and smart!
22 Apr= went to check the redecorated living room of my husbands grandma, it look nice and bright, before it was so dark and old style!! i think we shouldnt wait 40 years to redecorate...
23 Apr= got some wedd stuff ordered by net, lets hope it will be here on time, and a mistake, bought wrong train tickets to a friend :-( hope they will give me some money back.
24 Apr= watch the movie "Immortals", it is ok, if you are into mythology you might like it!
25 Apr= did babysitting to a friend, never done this before for her!
26 Apr= tried a cassoulet de castelnaudary, it is a french dish with white beans and porkmeat, but didnt really like it, i thought it was too oily, but i have tried better cassoulets before.
27 Apr= Today i had to clean the house and discovered dust in not so cool places to clean!

13 Apr= finally got to sent the last wed invitation! so i hope im free of this task! if you dont get yours by the end of this month, sorry you are not invited :-( you are not loosing a lot anyway hehehe

14 Apr= went to a tailor to check out an outfit for my husband, it was cool, the seller was really nice!

15 Apr=started choosing the wedding menu, so many choices, the worst will be to choose the cake!

16 Apr=thanks to my wonderful migraines crisis couldnt do anything today!

17 Apr=still felt weird in my head, more than usual hahah, got to take passport style photos to renew my visa and it is mid April, after almost 2 months with not turning on the radiator i had to do it today!!! such a weird weather!

18 Apr= i watched the french movie call "Hollywoo", its a good time killer, it is funnier for French people, the story is not really deep, it is just to have a good laugh. If you are french I recommend it.

19 Apr= got a brilliant idea for my wedding decoration, but not sure yet, im gonna search it a bit more. Im tired of the wedding!

03 apr= went to Ikea and got some house stuff and a mirror, im happy!

04 apr= got a new litter house for my cat, but i m stupid so i didnt buy the good one, it is not high enough, so i cant use the cover and have litter spread around the living room :-(

05 apr=got to bring my cat to the vet, cause he has some irritation on his paws, we have to apply spray on it, and my cat licks it...

06 apr= got a l,occitane travel necessaire, it has all you need like lotion, shower gel, shampoo, etc... so cool and it smells so good!

07 apr= went to a friends house, for her birthday, got to know other people, i liked, plus food was great!

08 apr= happy easter everyone!!! got to eat a lot of choc yumi!!!

09 apr= used the Nutri extra cream fromVichy, it is indicated to very dry skin, i dont really have very dry skin, so i really didnt like it, it is not smooth and when my skin is really dry i prefer to use an ointment like Lucas papaw one...

10 apr= ate some spring rolls!!!delicious! im so fat!

11 apr= got another l'occitane cream, now it is for my hands. guess im getting addicted.

12 apr= I used the Code Jeunesse lumière cream, its really cool, it has smooth texture, good parfum and makes your skin look pretty!

24 Mar= i was depressed, so didnt do anything! i have issues

25 Mar= got some french choc pastry! after i complain that i am getting fat hahah

26 Mar= didnt go to class and felt bad about it... but felt good after i got my vacation tickets!

27Mar= went to a school to find out about some courses, but didnt get anything good :-(

28 Mar= went to a friends house for the first time, we had appetizers and drinks, it is good to have girls night :-)

29 Mar =the priest invited us to dinner, never thought i would be having dinner in a priest house! im catholic, but i dont really go to church or anything... and im also open to all the other religions, i believe they all have a good side!

30 Mar= watched " We bought a zoo" with Matt Damon, it is cool family time movie, Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson not really made to form a couple...

31 Mar= tried some vanilla creme brulle ice cream from Nestle it was good!

01 Apr= saw the movie "Mission Impossible 4" I really enjoyed and even drop a tear at the end! am i too sensible???

02 Apr= today I tried some chocolates with almonds!!! yumi

I feel good!

So if you don't know, I now live in France and yet, I can't totally understand French!

yesterday the 22 of March I watched the movie "la verité si je mens 3" which was ok, cause i understood it much better than the second one hahha

and today i was really proud of myself because I called our insurance agency to ask a doc, and it was so cool cause the lady on the other side understood me and i understood her too!!!

i know is pathetic, but you don't know how hard easy things become when you dont speak the language!!!

i am proud! hahah

11 Mar= I watched a soccer game, it was the first time i saw my team doing 3 offside goals!!!before we finally score a good one!!!

12 Mar= Went to an exposition about women who immigrates around the world, it is cool to see and read about other people and get to know what they feel and think about living in other countries.

24 Feb frid took my cat for his second dose of vaccination, he doesnt like being in a car! he complains inside or outside the cage, i guess we traumatized him!

25 Feb sat, i got to watch Tintin, I like it. Also got a pack from my parents!!! so cool i got a neckless with a cat pendent! hihihi

26 Feb sund, the comp of mu husband died, and i had stuff there which i had not copied! in my face, hopefully we will recover it. Fingers crossed!

27 Feb mon, I started French in another school, also meet people from other countries and went shopping with some other new friends!

28 Feb tue got a pack from my friends!!! each one wrote me a bday message! im so happy and lucky to have then =)

Tv, nails and cat!

07 Feb 2012- I know im late, but today i watched some super bowl commercials, some were funny, i liked the M&Ms ones =)

08Feb2012- i finally got to watched Knocked up, hahah, it is a 2007 movie, it is still funny =). I wanted to watch it before, but always had something else to do... It is funny, you know, dont get drunk and... it never finishes well as the movies...

09Feb2012- I used my new Colorama nail polish, i just wanted to try, cause i ve never used green nail polish, i still dont have an opinion for that, i first applied on my left hand and i didnt like it, i spent a day with only one hand polished! hahah, after i finally got used and applied on the right hand! hahha i dont know if i just dont like it or if its because im not used to these color yet, im weird!

10 and 11 Feb2012-today and yesterday it was so weird, i knew my cat would change his teeth, but i never thought i would acctually see one! for my surprise, yesterday he lost one canine and today a premolar, i got a cool pic at http://www.myinterestingfacts.com/cat-facts/.

Wed 01 Fev. It was cool, i had lunch for the first time with a new friend that i made in my French course. Its nice to get to know new people =)

Thur 02Fev! what the hell!?! I went to the otolaryngologis, cause i got some dizziness (no, im not pregnant or constantly drunk haha) i had to do this horrible test: i was sit on a chair and i wore a pair of goggles equipped with cameras instead of lens, the cameras were pointed to my eyes and I couldnt see anything just darkness, so far so good, then they put water inside my left ear and I had to count till 100 and couldnt close my eyes!!! and i still had to repeat the procedure with my right ear and then again with hot water, not being tortured enought i had to repeat the hot water in the right ear cause by that time it was impossible not to blink! i will get the results in 2 weeks! hope you never have to the same!

Fri 03Fev. My computer is dead! it is my second Sony Vaio and I decided not to keep with this brand for my next one. My first one was great, but the battery died one month after the warranty experation, so i considered it could be my fault. Then i got the second one, this one just died out of nowhere! i never installed anything on it, besides itunes, i took really good care of it, i think it was just programated to died after 2 years! i wanted to buy a new one anyway, but i would like to be my choice and I also would like to have access to my files, I had copied in another HD, but im just afraid i forgot something...

Sat 04 Fev. I finally chose and ordered my wedding dress! wow!

Sund 05Fev. It s been almost one year that I moved to this town and it was the first day that we got snow! It was so exciting to see all covered in white! it made miss snowboarding!

Mon 06 Fev. So today i realised that some some of my posts are not in the same time or date that I actually want or write, but im too lazy to change it.

And also it was the first time I saw my cat vomit! I think he ate too fast, cause since we castrated him, we are controlling his portions, the vet sad he can get overweight. So as soon as we put something in his pot, he goes crazy. I know he is not starving but it was our fault cause we always left his pot full, so i think he got scared...

hello again!

so on the 28 I tried this vanilla with choc mousse, from Nestle, it has 126 kal and it is ok.

29 I did try a very different lasagna, it was made with tuna, i ve never thought it would be good ! it was good! the pasta was homemade, delicious! unfortunately i didnt have a camera with me =(

30, I took my Cat to the vet, he was castrated, he got an eletronic ID and vaccination! He came back very sleepy, but today he is back to normal! I was sad when I took him, cause he will never have kitties and it was like he new, he gave me those shrek cat eyes =(

today I ate some kind of mini cake in a shape of a bear, it has 120 kcal, the interior has some kind of nutella, it is ok too.

Hello!

on the 23 I went to another store to try on another wedding dresses! It is soooooo hard!!!

and then I tried my luck again on the 26! I still dont know which dress I like better! wish me luck to find the good one soon =)

on the 24 I used those shower gloves, i used to use them long ago, and then I remembered of it and bought new ones, i forgot how good they are, it exfoliates your skin, removing all the dead cells, it helps circulation and also helps preventing ingrown hair, but you cant use it everyday.

on the 25 I watched the movie The Artist, I thougt it is really fun, romantic and naive, it is full of cliches and classical hidden messages, it is the revival of the cinema, but i think it could only be done once now and then again maybe in 10 years or so...

and today I got a new parfum to myself, called Orange, It is not new, but I liked it! hauahu!

The Beach, Loreal, Dress and Fimo

ok, so on the 19 I watched that old movie with Leonardo di Caprio called The Beach, I don know why, but I never watched it before... i guess is one of those things that we say we will do and keep postponing.

Anyways, it is an ok movie, there is always something keeping us from living in paradise.

On the 20 I did try this product from L'Oreal,

ase for instant smoothing results get the perfect skin texture, instantly and all day.

what I thought: it does give a good base and makes your skin look smoother, but it has a weird texture and the recipient is not very practical.

On the 21 I did one really cool thing, I went to a brides shop and try wedding dresses for the first time, by the way, I will get married this summer... It was nice, but I think I havent found "the dress" yet! hopefully it will happen soon =)

Today I wanted to play a little and I made a miniature of a french sweet called macaron, I made it with a kind of a clay called FIMO, it was a good time killer and I enjoyed. here is a pic:

Episodes, Dove and Fruit cake

so on monday the 16 I finally got to watch the series Episodes, with Matt LeBlanc, or Joey... I watched the whole first season, it was ok, it is really a mix of english and american humour, the focus is an older audience and the texts are more elaborated, but not as smart as some of SNL s.

by the way Matt got the Golden Globe this year! so congrats!

on tuesday 17 I havent done anything much, but today I did try this Dove cream with karite, it is good, it is not a bodyshop but its worthy. And I also tried this fruit cake, call me grandma, but I like fruit cakes! =), again if you r like me and cant bake it is a good cake!

Sunday, I tried to watch a documentary, cause I dont really have patience for this, but I tried anyway, it was a BBC one and it was about Atlantis. It was ok, and bravo to the people who worked on that, but I failed and could not watch till the end, I watched the first 20 min and I will probably watch the rest later on, maybe another 3 sections...

i also tried this kind of cheese called Epoisses, it is French and it is really creamy and stinky, like you open the fridge and your whole house stinks hahah

it is a bit strong, if you can forget the smell you can enjoy it.

Mug Cake

So, as always, I was lazy to go to the store, but I did want to eat something sweet.

I wanted to eat cake, but didnt want to make a big one, so i tried baking those mug cakes. I didnt have any chocolate, but i made it anyway and put a little bit more sugar. I add the photo, it doesnt look good but it tasted allright =) I should try it again with all the right ingredients!

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 4 tablespoons flour
• 
  2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
  
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (or peppermint) extract
• 1 tablespoon choc chips
• 1 large mug

• Preparation method

  Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 3 mins
  1.

  Add dry ingredients to the mug, and mix well.

  2.

  Crack an egg and add it to your mug. Be sure to mix it well to avoid any pockets of flour in the corners. Pour in the milk, oil and chocolate chips, and mix well. Add the vanilla extract.

  3.

  Pop your mug into the microwave & zap for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000watt). Wait until the cake stops rising, and sets in the mug.

  4.

  If necessary, run a knife around the sides of the mug, and tip the still warm cake out of the mug and onto a saucer.

Today is the 13, I didnt write the past 2 days, on the 11 I did buy this snack, and I liked it. It has only 137 kcal, it has a biscuit base, with some kind of nutella with cereal, all covered with chocolate!

And on the 12 I made small talk with a marroccan women, she was cool. I like knowing people from different countries...

No creativity!

Sorry I did not post yesterday, cause I could not use the computer.
Actually I dont really have a lot of creativity these days, yesterday I just tried a home made mushroom, broccolis and cheese soup, which was delicious. I also went to a gym place to check it out, but I think im not really motivated to go... winter time is really lazy time for me =(
Today it was good, cause i organised some stuff in the house that needed to be done, but I havent done anything exciting, i did learn a new italian phrase:

Today was a lazy day, we used the new rice cooker to make rice for the tuna sushi, I also tried 4 cheeses pizza.
And I also tried a new hair conditioner, which im gonna wait and use it more times to see the results.

Choc Cake

So today we bought this new molds and we decided to bake those delicious choc cakes with melting interiors! yum!
To make it even more caloric you can eat it with ice cream, of course I didnt think about it and I was too lazy to go to the store... Anyways I put some pics, the presentation is not so good as it tastes! C ya later.
ps: I might not post everyday, cause for unknown reason, my comp just stopped working =(

I didnt have a lot of imagination today so I was just browsing around the apps and I found this one, it is called "Idragpaper" it is really funny and useless, my best time was 9sec and 09=)

The green soup!

Today I made this soup for the first time, im horrible in the kitchen, so I almost never cook, but I got this new mixer for Christmas so I would like to use it more often.

It was easy, I only boiled the water and added green peas, carrots and a bit of potatoes, after I used the mixer and it was ready. It was not very good, cause I should have put more spices, but it was eatable or edible hhahaha.

I put a pic and it looks bad, but I forgot to take one of the plate and when I served it I sprinkled some cheese on the top.

Today I tried to listen to new artists, I went in top 20 MTV Uk, which is not the best place to do that. Among the pop artists that I already new, I saw Ed Sheeran and The wanted.

The video clip of Lego house is ok, for one moment I really thought it was the guy from harry potter singing hauahua, and after I listened and saw the wanted, actually I just saw and listened the first 40 sec and after I stopped, you know, WTF?

Also for the first time I saw this Yorkshire in the lobby of my building, it is so cute, I dont know where the owner was, I felt tempted to take it home, but I already have a cat, so I hesitated, I opened the door to the other units area and it run away and disappeared. I am 90% sure that I really saw the dog, so if it was not an illusion I better not see it again or I will take it hahah =)

Candy!

I was looking for a mini cake to kill my appetite during the winter afternoons, so I found this one at the supermarket, which I tried for the first time today, it is OK, nothing much to say, is not the best, it is highly caloric, about 175 cal each. I think I would go better with an apple and a banana hahahah, ow well, but I love chocolate, but I don't think I will buy those again for a long time, I will try others.

I also used a new floor cleaner, with good antibacterial stuff, which im happy with, cause im kind of germophobic :-P

we do so many small new things each day...

2012 Diary

Wow, so today my new thing is that I bought and wrote in my 2012 diary =)

I know, I should have bought it before...but it is only the second day of the year, so I forgive myself hahaha

I also "cooked" a frozen potato stuff for the first time, and I didnt like it =( at least I tried.

here it goes the photo of my diary, it even came with a mini pencil, which I dont think I will use, cause I dont really like to write with pencil, unless i have to calculate 478 times 396 divided by 215 without a calculator. Happily it doesnt happen very often.

2012 Resolutions =)

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERY ONE!

Well as everybody else I always think about goals for the new year, and as almost everybody else I never accomplish them hihihihi

For this year I decided I would try to try something new each day...

The first day of the year, I used for the first time a brand new yellow panty, why?

because in Brazil there is this superstition that each color of lingerie will bring you something:

• white for peace;
• pink for love;
• red for passion;
• green for health;
• yellow for money!

maybe there is more colors with more meanings, but lazy as I am, I only wrote those ones ;-P

In fact today I made 2 new things, I used the new lingerie and I did made this beautiful draw! uhu not so bad for the first day!
